This gorgeous, unusual dress has been created using different garments from my saved personal collection. The top part was a brand new gypsy style top, in a soft pink, slight sheer fabric with lots of brightly coloured embroidered flowers and edges. It can be worn off the shoulder with its shirred elasticated design.
 
The lower part is printed fabric with an ornate design. It is then smothered in hand sewn sequins all around the lower section. (There are a coupe of loose-threaded sequins here and there. Nothing too much at all).
 
Ad hoc and gorgeous with lots of charm. The hem is slightly differing in length and very free-flow and flarey.

Bust (armpit to armpit, lying flat, with gathers): 18" across
Bust (stretching out the gatherings):  24" + across - totalling 48"+ all around
Arm/sleeve tops: 8" acroos, flaring to 21" across at the sleeve ends
Waist: flares out upto 29" across (double this for complete measurement all around)
Hips: 30" across (60" all around)
Length from: 41" to 44"
